Crispin Topping is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience in the commercial and residential land markets.
Until 2014 Crispin was a Senior Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and formerly an equity partner at Fuller Peiser and a graduate surveyor at Edward Erdman.
In this time house builder clients have included Barratt/David Wilson Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Persimmon, Redrow, Miller, CALA and Vistry.
Housing Associations clients have included Sovereign and L+Q.
Land Owning clients have included University of Hertfordshire, Rolls-Royce, Network Rail, Channel Four Television and many others.
